I thought it would be good to get readers opinions on the best and worst transfer signings by the so-called big four teams and their current managers, except in the case of Avram Grant as apart from adding a couple of players in the January window – most notably Nicolas Anelka, he has inherited the squad from Jose Mourinho.
So here is, what I believe to be the three best and worst signings by Alex Ferguson for Manchester United, Arsene Wenger for Arsenal, Rafael Benitez for Liverpool and Jose Mourinho for Chelsea. I must admit, once I started to think about the list, it was difficult choosing a final three, especially for the worst signings.

Not all the moment will be a magic to all manager. Sometimes they make mistake and same as we are.
So, just move forward and try to learn from the mistake.
Also for the football players out there. They also cannot be fit all the time. Unless they realize it and working on it everyday. Without players, manager will look like a dumb and without manager ,players will not been organized well. So, both really need each other. All the problem should be solve with professional.
