		<description>The problem these days is that half the owners want to manage the club and pick the teams.  Mark Hughes seemed as surprised as everyone else that Robinho had signed.  The fact he was playing golf when City were putting in bids galore for half the players of the world shows how little input he had.  How on earth Dennis Wise can become a director of football after just a few months of being a manager of a second division side is amazing.  Not surprised Keegan felt peeved.</description>
