Fulham have named Roy Hodgson as the new manager at Craven Cottage, he will assume the new role on 30th December 2007, taking over from caretaker boss Ray Lewington.
Hodgson is best known for his managerial exploits at International level with Switzerland and more recently just failing to qualify for Euro 2008 with Finland. He has had spells with Blackburn and Inter Milan.
Fulham are currently firmly planted in the premier relegation zone with just Sunderland on equal points and Derby below them.
