But if I was I would have joined in with the booing myself. It wasn't aimed at any particular player, the manager or even the formation. But followed a series of schoolboy errors, misplaced passes & the start of the England players looking like they really didn't want the ball, let alone keep it. The booing started with the final straw as an attack just as the Switzerland goal area resulted in a back pass all the way back into the England half. Shortly after that England scored & the pressure was lifted & nerves appeared to settle. I wasn’t at the game. But if I was I would have joined in with the booing myself. How on earth are we ever going to win anything if we act like that?
