I doubt that many can be bothered about who Chelsea’s next manager maybe, but thats what is still making the top media stories. And stories appear to be all that they are. I wonder how these rumours manifest, is it chancers speculating so that they can profess, that you heard it from them first?

This past week i have read in various newspapers and websites that Chelsea had “already offered” the managers job to Marco van Basten, Sven Goran Erikson and Guus Hiddink, while barely a few weeks ago at the start of the season, it was widely reported that the position had “been offered” to Jürgen Klinsmann! At this rate they could have a squad of coaches by the january transfer window.

If Avram Grant believed that the job was his then he too must feel betrayed for however these rumours start, there is almost always, no smoke without fire.
