For to long the England team has relied heavely on a set team which has stiffled the emergence of young talent coming into the squad. There is no point getting players in when they are 25, 26 or 27, you need to get them in at 19, 20, 21 and develope them at full international level. What youngsters lack in experience they more than make up in Passion and commitment, They wont be on £100000 a week wages and would be honoured to wear the England colours.
